August! Countdown to the trip - soon be on our way ...
Went for a run this morning - 8 2/3 miles, but definitely feeling the effects of having given blood earlier on in the week - very sluggish. Peter cycled with me - a study in slow motion cycling!! He changed the front sprockets on my bike, so I went for a 2 mile test cycle on it this afternoon to make sure everything was working ok. It was, apart from being a bit noisy in 2nd/8th. He did more work on it after watching the Hungarian Grand Prix. I will test it tomorrow.
