Went to give blood today in Caernarfon, and was going to cycle there and back, but then thought that maybe that wasn't a good idea. I didn't want to collapse on the way home. Drove down, gave blood, enjoyed the tea and biscuits (bourbons, mmmm!).
Alan and Liz phoned in the morning to say they were in Colwyn Bay and were driving round Snowdonia today, and they'd pop in. They arrived in the afternoon and stayed for dinner.
No cycling or running done today!
