7 am: Cycled with Peter down to Parc Menai - his workplace. I then cycled back. Gluton for punishment!! Back home before 9 am.
Tried out my new 'baggy' cycling shorts. I don't fancy the lycra type - I don't mind wearing them, but I'd only scare the horses!!
